Harley Quinn's "Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One)" is an upcoming American film conceived as the eighth film production in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU).
The film follows Harley Quinn joining forces with the Black Canary, Huntress and Renee Montoya to rescue Cassandra Cain from the lord of Gotham City, the infamous Black Mask.
The cast of this movie consists of Margot Robbie, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Jurnee Smollett-Bell, Rosie Perez, Chris Messina, Ella Jay Basco, Ali Wong and Ewan McGregor.
The film is directed by Cathy Yan, while the screenplay is the work of famous English screenwriter Christine Hodson.
"Birds of Prey" is set to air in cinemas around the world from February 7, 2020.
